  • Compare the information gathered in your Discussion Guide, Journey Map, Empathy Maps, and Upstream Exploration to clearly identify one or more barriers that your user is facing.

  • Categorize these barriers to better understand their nature and impact.

  • Once identified, prioritize the most significant barriers and integrate them into your Challenge Statement.
