Booking the rooms
Our spaces are a collision zone for Students, Faculty and Community Partners.
Our space is comprised of 4 rooms available for undertaking innovative activity beyond the traditional classroom setting.
These spaces can be booked by St. Lawrence College employees and students only. If you are a community member interested in booking our space, please contact our Event & Banquet Services.
Event Space (22070)
Our Event Space is not only the largest but also the most customizable space. Depending on the layout, the Event Space can accommodate between 60-90 people and is ideal for conferences, lunch-and-learns, workshops, speaker series and much more. This space is equipped with 2 fixed and one moveable SMART Board®.
Please note that there are 3 points of access to the Event Space: through Muis Lounge, up the stairs in Davies Hall, and across from Room 22180.

Collaboration Room (22072)
This dynamic room is our ideal collaborative space for up to 12 people. Perfect for discussions, webinars, brainstorming, and more; the Collaboration Room is equipped with a fixed SMART Board®, video conferencing capabilities and telephone for all your needs.
Please note that this room has two glass walls so subject matter of a confidential or sensitive nature may not be ideal.

Boardroom (22075)
Our state of the art Boardroom is ideal for meetings, webinars, and much more. This professional space is outfitted with a fixed SMART Board®, video conferencing capabilities, telephone, and a large conference table which can comfortably seat 9 people.
Please note that this room has one glass wall which faces the SMART Board® so subject matter of a confidential or sensitive nature is not ideal for display.

Tech-free Room (22071)
While technology often helps with productivity, it can also be a distraction. Our Tech-Free room is a simple space that is perfect for brainstorming, focus groups and meetings. Working in this environment feels like an escape with its plant wall feature and comfortable seating for up to 10 people.
Please note that this room is not outfitted with any technology so any virtual meetings or technology is the responsibility of the booking holder.
